Hostpitality Consulting is the next chapter of a decade in short-term rentals. It started in 2017 with a single house hack in East Nashville and grew into Jacoby Properties — a full-service management company built entirely in-house, owner by owner, property by property.
In three and a half years we scaled Jacoby to 75 properties, 50 owners, and a fifteen-person team — outperforming the local market on occupancy and ADR every year. In March 2022, the company was acquired by a leading nationwide STR management firm.
